Letter Cutting: Q

Steps:

1.  Fold the paper vertically then horizontally.

2. Draw and cut the pattern below. (I didn't indicate the measure below because the measure depends on the size of your paper).

3. Unfold the paper then cut the excess paper except on lower right side..

You have now letter Q.
