Materials needed:
  • Paper (square, yellow and green)
  • Scissors
  • Stick
Steps for Flower:

1. Make 8 crease by folding the paper into triangle 3 times (3x).

2. Fold both left and right sides inward. This will flattened both top and bottom sides into a triangle.

3. Fold both left and right corners upward toward the center.

4. Flip back the paper and repeat step 3, giving you a diamond-shape.

5. Turn the flap of the diamond so there will be no cut on the center. Repeat it on the back.

6. Fold  both lower left and right sides of the diamond to meet the center.

7. Flip back and repeat step 6.

Make sure that when you fold the paper, one side should be exceeded on the center.

8. Tuck in the longer/exceeded side inside the shorter side. Turn back and repeat.

9. Shape the paper into a flower by blowing into the hole at the top of the paper.

10. Turn over the paper and shape the petals.

Flower is done.

Steps for Stem:

1. Turn around the paper into a diamond-shape and fold it in the center.

2. Fold the lower left and right sides toward the center.

3. Fold the upper left and right sides toward the center.

4. Turn around the paper wherein the last fold will be in the lower part. Fold again the lower left and right sides toward the center.

5. Flip back the paper and fold it to meet both ends.

6. Slightly fold the paper vertically then shape the bigger part of the paper to make a leaf.

You have now a stem.

Combine:

Let's combine the stem and the flower by bringing the sharp/top part of  the stem inside the hole of the flower.
