1.  Fold the paper horizontally then vertically.

2. Draw and cut the pattern below. (I didn't indicate the measure below because the measure depends on the size of your paper).

3. Unfold the paper then cut off the broken lines below.

4. To make it more real shape S, cut off the curved lines below.
